Change filename suffix to "Latest"
Orchestra changed the attribute name for final v1.0
Change from generic "Volume" reference to the specific online section for the given message
Also corrected code for session and removed debug changes again
Also corrected sequence of commands in (obsolete) session section
Do not explicitly set if it equals default value 1
EncodedXXX fields were missing and base XML datatypes like int and float were generated.
