Summary

  • Added SendStreamEvent() helper in StateManager to publish Stream_ON/OFF consistently.
  • StreamServer now uses the helper and passes StateManager via user_ctx to emit stream on/off events.
  • UVC start/stop callbacks now use the same helper to emit stream state changes.
  • StateManager handles Stream_OFF to drive LedStateStoppedStreaming.
  • Initial StreamState is Stream_OFF
