This MR adds a long awaited feature of passing through any layer information that is not explicitly parsed allowing e.g. adjustment layers, shape layers etc. to not be lost when reading -> editing -> writing even if explicit edit support is not yet supported for those layer types

This MR is just an initial stab but further testing/hardening is needed before this is merged
