Thanks for this great work. I was curious to try it even though it's still in alpha.
I found the instructions in the grid map stack how-to outdated. Using these updated ones, I was able to save a grid map by running Lidar slam and gridmap_maps_builder_node.
I'm really looking forward to trying the rest of the stack.
