Description:

To remove the advantage of unicode order in town recruiting by randomizing the tab autocomplete in the /t join command. It has been a major issue on the server for around 6 months now with towns like !America and "Europe" often having a natural advantage over other towns in terms of recruiting. It should theoretically work although the Minecraft client may hard code alphabetical sorting.

New Nodes/Commands/ConfigOptions:

All I did was make a special case for the /t join command to randomize the autocomplete

The reason people change their town name to strange things like !America and "Europe" is because it has been proven time and time again that having names like that naturally attracts new players to their town. There is an easy way to save yourselves the headache of having to go into EMC and changing names manually when they break the naming rules. Simply just randomize the tab autocomplete function and there will no longer be any incentive to have a weirdly named town. Towns shouldn't have a natural advantage if they appear early in the alphabet or Unicode order. They should have to recruit evenly with everyone else.
