add dockerfile for build project and use with docker

I've never used docker so far but is it worth mentionning anything on the readme about that ?

In the meantime I've documented the "profiles" feature and added a brief description on how to add users manually on the README that were indeed missing.

when it's finished i'll add it to the readme and you'll have to save the dockerfile in https://hub.docker.com/ to have the image just to download it will be easier for you to develop it, for future contributors and also to use it
