I would prefer this be moved to a "Multiplayer" header in the INI file since it's not really experimental (it installs OpenSpy in the intended way), then I will merge it |

Made the OpenSpy handler optional as per request. In some cases it was blocking/interfering with certain game setups. Default is enabled.
