- 添加treefmt-nix和nixfmt-rfc-style作为项目formatter
- 将tools/nix-dev-shell的devShell配置合并到根目录flake.nix
- 新增rust-toolchain到devShell的buildInputs
- 格式化所有.nix文件并排除.direnv目录
- 移除已废弃的tools/nix-dev-shell目录
