We used ChatGPT and Python to generate synthetic employee data including salary, hire dates, performance ratings, and education. The data was structured and exported to Tableau where we visualized key HR metrics such as attrition rate, tenure trends, and performance distribution. This project showcases how synthetic data can simulate real-world scenarios for dashboard development and analysis.
