[Description] When uploading progress is not being displayed because ProgressLogger.send is never awaited. [RCA] The upload and the _conclude_operation_while_logging(task, title) functions are not defined as async. [Solution] This patch defines the upload and the_conclude_operation_while_logging(task, title) as async functions and enhance the progress status while uploading a file.
