Log Folder

The log folder, by default is set to the path under C:\temp\logs but can be changed in the installation, is present in all machines that have SmartDocumentor installed (Scan Station, Review Station, and Process Station). The files in this folder will contain technical information on any error that occurred during the processing.

A file for each module will be created. Example:

When an error occurs, this should be the first step to try to identify the error.
