Experiments - LSA instead of LinAlgSolve
Package version (main branch)
version: 1.2.1
Description
Experiments with solving Kriging equations using LSA and LinAlgSolve
Problem
Theoretical checks - RMSE and computation times. However, LSA is preferred because it protects from the situation when Singular Matrix is fed into the system (that might be the case when two or more observations have the same coordinates).
Solution
Notebooks and additional implementation of Ordinary Kriging, experiments.
Affected modules
Unit tests
Package check
