This PR contains my interrupt-handler assignment submission.
Soft backchannel words ("yeah", "okay", "right", etc.) are ignored while the agent is speaking.
When the agent is not speaking, "yeah"/"ok" are treated as valid short answers and produce a normal LLM turn.
Hard words ("stop", "wait", "cancel", etc.) while speaking cause an immediate interrupt via session.interrupt(force=True).
Word lists are configurable via examples/voice_agents/interrupt_config.py.
