Some users (e.g. those on macOS or Windows) may find it difficult to install all dependencies. Especially compiling ROSE on your own (and therefore Boost) is a bit difficult. By using a Docker image, we can simply use ROSE's repository.

Note: Due to #5, I build CHiLL in Debug mode.
