This branch is meant for our ECS environment. It copies a lot form CruGlobal/nginx-ecs
The major change is we are using a nginx template rather than the default.conf. This allows us to set the upstream dynamically (using ENV variables).
I’ve done it with defaults that should work with our docker stack, but would need to test more. Alternatively we could maintain this as separate branch, but would need add workflows that update our web assets.
