With this current release, Babylon v5 no longer uses Vault as the source of configuration. It has been replaced by Kubernetes Secrets, which will be deployed with Terraform for each tenant.
A Babylon client will also be created in the Keycloak realm so Babylon can interact with the API

For now, state management only covers the essential elements (organization, solution, and workspace).
