Migration flow
remember this ? Our problem today is the "golden/yellow" bloc
It is possible that someone somewhere saved an object that's a key wrapped using NISTKeyWrap - which in previous version encoded using RFC 5649, but now maps to RFC 3394.
When we now decrypt the object, we decrypt using the previous version, change that field if ever it's present, and save using the new one
