feat: testing framework and extended stack buffer analysis

• Introduce comment-based test framework for analyzer validation
• Enable CLI and library usage modes (extern-project integration)
• Add detection for VLA, recursion, multiple storage, local storage,
  stack escape, stack buffer copy and bounds violation issues
