Adds a dynamic playground page to the website here users can fiddle around with the settings of alphaTab. The style is a bit inspired by the sidebars Guitar Pro is having.
Generally the playground is very technically oriented and not a end-user app. Maybe in future it can provide features where we serialize the settings for sharing and reporting bugs?
For now this playground is the foundation for adding the sync point editor next.
