This PR fixes a logic issue where newly added terms wouldn't appear in the list until a full page refresh.
The local state (terms) is now updated immediately after a successful API call, ensuring the new term is rendered right away.
✅ Uses functional setTerms to create a new array
✅ No refresh needed
✅ Confirmed working locally
