feat: 이벤트 날짜/시간 응답 포맷을 한글로 변경
fix: 이벤트 응답 DTO에 Campus 값 누락 문제

- 로그 보관 정책 및 용량 제한은 엘라스틱서치에서 처리하고 있으므로 제거했습니다. - MDC를 이용한 로깅과 프로필별 로그 형태 설정을 추가했습니다.
- 모든 요청에 대해 트랜잭션 ID를 추가했습니다. - 로그 전역에서 사용하는 상수를 만들었습니다. - 비동기 및 외부 요청을 위한 데코레이터를 만들었습니다.
- WebConfig 클래스에 인터셉터 설정을 추가했습니다. - 변경된 로그 형태에 따라 전역 에러를 수정했습니다.
