이번 PR에서 작업한 내용을 간략히 설명해주세요(이미지 첨부 가능)

• refactor: EventService 분할 및 Event 패키지 내부 정리
  • EventService를 EventQueryService와 EventCommandService로 분리했습니다.
  • EventStockProducerService, StockCheckJob에서 불필요한 주석, 내용을 삭제했습니다.
  • TicketingErrorCode에 PAGE_ILLEGAL_ARGUMENT 에러를 추가했습니다.
• test: 테스트 코드 수정 및 추가
• 관리 되지 않았던 테스트 코드들을 현재 비즈니스 로직에 맞게 수정했습니다. 또한, 분할 된 EventService에 맞게 EventServiceTest를 EventQueryServiceTest와 EventCommandServiceTest로 분할했습니다.
