1. Permission-Based Home Limits

Players can now have different home limits depending on their permissions.

New config section:

home-limits:
default: 3
vip: 5
mvp: 10

Assign permissions:

simplehome.limit.default

simplehome.limit.vip

simplehome.limit.mvp

Operators (OP) always have unlimited homes.

2. Teleport Cancel Sound

If a player moves during the warmup countdown, the teleportation is cancelled and a short bass-like sound plays.
This makes feedback clearer and improves player experience.
