mircrometer, opentelemetry, jaeger, grafana 기반의 apm 세팅을 추가했습니다.
apm 모니터링 세팅 추가
orderbook을 갱신, 삭제할 때 syncrhonized를 추가해, 동시 접근시 이슈가 발생하지 않도록 했습니다.
체결이 이루어졌을 때의 주문 수량이나 가격이 0원이었을 경우에는 호가를 갱신하지 않도록 수정했습니다

호가 null 이슈 방지 로직 수정
전달받은 매개변수를 사용하는 것이 아니라, 값을 다시 불러오던 이슈를 수정했습니다.
