orderbook을 갱신, 삭제할 때 syncrhonized를 추가해, 동시 접근시 이슈가 발생하지 않도록 했습니다.
체결이 이루어졌을 때의 주문 수량이나 가격이 0원이었을 경우에는 호가를 갱신하지 않도록 수정했습니다
