Create symbolic link privilege is required

1. Open gpedit.msc
2. Computer Configuration → Windows Settings → Security Settings → Local Policies → User Rights Assignment → Create symbolic links
3. Type the user name and click “Check Names” then OK.
4. Reboot the computer
