Radio Packet Specification

CUInSpace has its own specification written for the format of radio packets. These packets are both sent over radio and stored on an SD card (the latter introduces some additional specifications).

Workflows

Packager testing can be run locally using make -f test.mk test. All tests are expected to pass before a PR can be merged.
