Created dedicated profile pages for all alumni, viewable by student users.

Closes #200.

• Added /alumni/:id route path to App.tsx.
• AlumniTile.tsx now navigates to an alumni page. However, code for popup is still present, but inactive.
• users.ts now has a getAlumniById function.
• Created Alumni.tsx for handling the individual alumni pages.

The Connect page lists all alumni which are available for viewing. When an alumni tile is clicked, the user is now taken to a page at the address alumni/[alumni_id] which is similar to the profile creation page. This lists all the publicly available information about the alumni, and the page can be later expanded to include a similarity list.

Looks good. One change to make is to add toast notifications if there's an error when fetching the alumni user profile. The notification would basically show the error value which you already have stored as a variable. You can take a look at Profile.tsx to see how to add the toast notification.

Also make sure all linting errors are fixed. Thanks!
