This set of attributes was fully replaced by 'atom_site_id' in the imports of known dictionaries.

This PR should be merged only after resolving merging PR COMCIFS/Restraints_Dictionary#13.
The version number was changed to the next major release since technically removal of an attribute set constitutes a breaking change.
