These performance tests will run regularly on an isolated server as the CARTA backend development branch is updated. The goal is to monitor and detect any significant changes in backend performance. |

Description
This PR updates the performance test module with newly generated sample images, modifies the animation testing code, and unifies the code style. It also establishes the foundation for new performance benchmarks for FITS, CASA, and HDF5 image formats.
