Merging PrivacyStrategy in master to add the developed privacy strategy, including:

  • RIP algorithm for public and non registered users (beacon/request/handlers.py & beacon/response/build_response.py);
  • Test scripts including collusion (beacon/request/scripts);
  • Script to populate the mongo database with allele frequency information (deploy/mongo-scripts/update_allele_frequencies.py);
  • Scripts to latter map the information from FEGA to Beacon (folder conversion_scripts).
