ESLint 10.0.0 breaks npm install due to peer dependency mismatch with eslint-plugin-react-hooks@7.0.1, which only supports ESLint ^9.0.0.

Changes

  • Downgraded ESLint: 10.0.09.39.2 (latest compatible 9.x)
  • Retained eslint-plugin-react-refresh update: 0.4.260.5.0

The react-hooks plugin maintainers haven't released ESLint 10 support yet. Once they do, ESLint can be bumped to v10.
