Simple fix to END node indexing, should resolve many issues with DOFs and Switches.

Tested on simple existing model with DOFs, slots and Switches. All good.

Fixes all currently known issues related to unexpectedly missing geometry as a result of exporting a switch.

Request re-addition of bpy.context.scene['dof_list'] and 'switch_list' scene variables in a manner similar to PR#14 (Preferences menu option to flush both of those lists, allowing for a reload of dof.xml and switch.xml)

Do create an issue for this so we can track it. And indeed, kudos @MC-Deedle
