ListBox: Show full build for internal installs, simplified for public

Sometimes I forget which version Im on, so launch BMS just to check. I thought adding this info to the launcher would help people.

• Show simplified version for public builds (ex: 4.38.1)
• Show full version with build number for internal builds (ex: 4.38.1 Build 3236)
• Preserve registry key via ListBox_BMS.SelectedValue so BMS exe's still launch
• No logic changes to selection handler, I only changed the display options within the listbox
