- Added (yet untested) support for // line comments
- Added my own own x86 assembler binary for to assembly the rtl.asm and my old rtl2pas tool

RTL generator is written on BTPC — no need to use Delphi or FreePascal for BTPC development.
Very long lines (>120) is splitten include stub code.
I hope that I preserve original code style in my changes.
