Layer groups are displayed in indents, like PS. Added support for setting anchor points other than center.
Clearer exporter layout. Added support for create at selection.
Better layer controls. Create Sprite adds layer group nodes.

This might be a pretty large pull request.
I've added layer group support and made the layer display act more like Photoshop.
I've also added support for exporting sprites with non-center pivot points.
I've disabled Atlas in my repo for now because I'm not using it for now.
