- Implement MCP server (main.py) using FastMCP: add_expense tool, expenses resource, and prompt helper
- Add sample expenses.csv with example data
- Add devcontainer configuration (.devcontainer/devcontainer.json) and Codespaces inspector launcher script
- Add VS Code MCP config (.vscode/mcp.json)
- Add packaging and dependency files (pyproject.toml, requirements.txt, uv.lock)
- Add README with setup and MCP Inspector instructions
