Using rackup as default command would cover more ruby-based web frameworks. The change should not break compatibility with existing setups.

@patricklee2 any chance this change could get merged? might be added as a default for new ruby versions #42 🤔

rackup was extracted to a separate gem https://github.com/rack/rack/blob/3d0b9f377a4753d1fca40fca011c2c0e9282ab50/UPGRADE-GUIDE.md#binrackup-rackserver-rackhandlerand--racklobster-were-moved-to-a-separate-gem
