Bug Fixes:

Monster Manual no longer spawns past floor 48.

Changes:

Astral Protection - Block lowered 4(6) -> 3(4).
Dust to Dust - Now prevents ALL Ruin from decaying this turn.
Imperil - Damage lowered 6(8) -> 5.
Firestorm - Now triggers on any debuff applied.
Overgrowth - No longer applies Weak. Now prevents the next time Barbs would decay.
Harvest - No longer conditionally Wallops. Now Steals Block from the enemy.
Sanctuary - Now triggers on any debuff applied. Barbs lowered 5(7) -> 3(4).
Thorn Arrow - No longer scales with Barbs. Now gives 2(3) Barbs.
Sticky Sap - Tangled lowered 3(4) -> 1(2). Now gives 6(8) Block.
Entangle rework - No longer gives Block. Tangle increased 1(2) -> 3(4).
Solar Blade - Damage increased 10(14) -> 14(18). Vuln increased 1(2) -> 2(3).
Spores - No longer applies Vuln. Now applies Weak.

Bug Fixes:

Trying to get the second last card played this combat no longer fails if you only played 2 cards.

Changes:

Eruption - Damage boost increased 3(4) -> 6(8).

Book of Water revamped to have less focus on discard and more focus on 0 cost and draw.
Water Ball - Damage increased 6(9) -> 12(16). Now discards the first time it is drawn each combat.
Brine Arrow - Damage increased 7(8) -> 8(12). Now draws 2 cards if the last card played costed 0.
Scald - Damage decreased 4(6) -> 3. Now increases the damage of ALL Scald cards by 2(3) instead of just itself.
Bubble Shield - Cost increased 1 -> 2. Block increased 7(10) -> 13(17). Now draws 2 additional cards next turn.
Muddy Waters - Renamed to Dredge. Mechanically unchanged.
Deluge - Cost decreased 1 -> 0. Damage decreased 11(15) -> 6. Now deals 1(2) additional damage for each card played this turn.
Maelstrom - Now deals 3(4) damage to a random enemy whenever you play a cost 0 card.
Whirlpool - Now deals 2(3) damage to ALL enemies whenever a card is discarded for any reason.

Fixes:

Fix Freeze Dry damage calculation
Fire Arrow now properly scales cards in the Projected Render Queue
Stardust now properly scales with cards in the Projected Render Queue
Fix cards like Star still opening the Project screen after killing the last enemy in combat
Fix out of bounds index catching in Spellbook UI

Additions:

Add Burn Mod for Chimera Cards crossover content

Balance:

Chill Buff - Now also increases the damage enemies take by 20%.
Frostbite Rework - Now increases the damage boost of Chill by an additional 30% (20% -> 50%)
Lantern Nerf - Now always gives Energy next turn, as opposed to when the Foretold card is drawn.
Divine Spears Buff - Damage lowered 10(13) -> 6(8), but now hits twice.
Blizzard Rework - Now 3 Cost and Exhaust. Damage increased 7(10) -> 24(32). Now Applies 3(5) Chill.
Ascend Rework - Now 1 cost. Now Projects an Attack or Skill and a copy of it. Upgrades to no longer Exhaust.
Blessing Buff - Now moved to Uncommon
Fortuna Nerf - Cost increased 1 -> 2. Now moved to Rare.
Stricture Rework - Now acts like single target Pressure Points (When Stricture is applied, the target loses HP equal to it's Stricture).
Sacred Flame Rework - No longer applies Burn. Now gives 5(8) Block. Stricture lowered 3(5) -> 3(4).
Geas Buff - Weak increased 1 -> 1(2). Stricture increased 3(5) -> 4(5).
Light of Ruin Rework - Now Exhausts and longer scales with Providence. Damage lowered 12(16) -> 7(10) but now hits ALL enemies. Now applies 7(10) Stricture to ALL enemies.

Flow properly gives Block.

Balance:

Ice Shard buff - Now upgrades to give 2 weak.
Firestorm rework - Now gives the player 3(4) Vigor when applying Burn.
Mana Burst rework - Now Electro Burst - Damage lowered 7(9) 3 times -> 20(26).

Known Bugs:

Project is still jank and can leave cards floating in mid air for some reason :(
