Description
This PR adds hot cold wallet proxy which allows lenders to have a hot and cold wallet. Hot wallet is only able to call functions in the
Loans,Salesand theFunds.requestfunction.This ensures, even if the agent gets hacked, and the mnemonic is exposed to the hacker, they won't be able to withdraw the funds of the lender.
