You didn't include the updated lessc code in the "tools" folder, which means that if I publish this package, users will use the old lessc, which might make the clean-css plugin not work? |

This builds on my other pull request. We actually wanted both minified and unminified files in our solution for parity with Web Essentials' default behavior.
