Make autointerp script

Description

• Supports running autointerpretability following OpenAI, using an adapted version of the implementation in https://github.com/hijohnnylin/automated-interpretability.
• Removes dashboard generation due to package conflicts. This will be addressed and re-added with [WIP] Upgrade to the latest version of sae_vis #58

How Has This Been Tested?

It has not.

Does this PR introduce a breaking change?

Dashboard generation no longer exists.

TODO/Issues:

• - There are versioning issues which forced me to delete sae_vis from requirements and delete the generate_dashboards.py and test file. It's because sae_lens requires a later version of sae_vis than the commit that we required. This should be fixed, or perhaps ideally, generating dashboard code becomes cleaner in sae_vis or sae_lens such that we can use that.
