Publish changes to English.json on main to Discord

Setup

• Create a channel and copy the webhook URL
• Create DISCORD_WEBHOOK secret on GitHub containing said URL

Design Changes

How should the diff be formatted?

The purpose is to make changes readily apparent to the translators.

• We don't necessarily even need to show a diff, but if we do it should be in a minimal way to not clutter the channel. Just standard git diff is likely fine but only showing additions
• Can we automatically update a English.json file in one of the channels with the main branch English.json?
