Add initial introduction paragraphs and answer 'who are the creators' question

This is an initial PR that adds the following to the introduction chapter:

• Introduction paragraph that defines the guide and its target.
• FAQs:
  • Who are the creators and maintainers? (Answered)
  • Why we created this guide? (WIP)
  • What is the vision? (WIP)
  • Why I should use this guide? (WIP)
  • Why we are writing in Arabic? (WIP)
  • How we wrote the guide? (WIP)
