Introduces createStyleScope, a utility for generating and attaching scoped CSSStyleSheets to a given root (Document, ShadowRoot, or Element). This enables dynamic creation of unique class names and CSS rules within a specific DOM scope. Updates exports and adds usage in test suite to demonstrate functionality.
