This pull mainly consists of typo/grammar fixes, a few phrasing changes to make things a bit clearer, and fixes for some dated references from pre-DTK.
Should be all done except for decomp_basics.md, which refers to
tu_config.py, which no longer exists, so I need to know what should go there instead.
