Separates the testnet scripts from the project container as they are unrelated.
Adds a run script that currently only supports fullnode mode.
Changes uid to support deployment under local docker without creating root-owned files on the host.
Needs to be tested against the testnet scripts (which use the same container image) to verify that still works.
