docker-compose fails

hi all,

Wanted to test this sofware.
But I am getting the following error when trying to build the docker compose
php: symbol lookup error: /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20160303/redis.so: undefined symbol: zend_string_init_interned
The command '/bin/sh -c php composer.phar install --no-dev --no-autoloader' returned a non-zero code: 127
ERROR: Service 'php' failed to build : Build failed

docker version: Docker version 24.0.7, build 24.0.7-0ubuntu2~22.04.1
config straight from this branch :)
