Two layouts for osk_mouse

There should be two layouts for osk_mouse, one with keys that do not have modifiers applied (e.g. "q w e r t y 1 2 3 4") and one with the shift modifier applied (e.g. "Q W E R T Y ! @ # $").

This could be accomplished by having two ppm files for each layout, then switching to the 'shift modifier layout' when a shift key is pressed, then switching back to the other layout when shift is pressed again.
