should the package provide "gmake"

should there be an alias/symlink/executable for gmake in the package? On non-gnu systems, I think it's a pattern to explicitly call gmake.

Do you know which OS's provide gmake? I only have make on my ubuntu system

AIX toolbox gnu make pkg provides it:

$ rpm -qf `which gmake`
make-4.3-1.ppc

On my IBM solaris system, I also have gmake, and I think it comes from a system package:

$ l /usr/bin/gmake
lrwxrwxrwx   1 root     root          15 Dec  9  2016 /usr/bin/gmake -> ../gnu/bin/make

$ sudo pkginfo |grep -i make
application SPROdmake                        Sun Studio 12 Distributed Make

This port should provide gmake binary only.
On some USS systems the original make binary may be in use.
